@ Southern Red Velvet
A coworker of mine introduced me to this awesome recipe. It is definitely a keeper. I didn't take the final shots of my fondant decorated red velvet but this picture will do for now until I make another batch.

@ Artisan Bread
So I found this great and easy artisan bread recipe. Thought it should be in the family recipe book in case anyone else want to tackle this.

@ Korean Taco
Lynn had these korean style taco made with yummy sauce. We are gonna need the recipe for this. It was a hit at Chris's Birthday Party!
Makes about 6 cups, enough for many tacos, with leftovers
For the dressing:
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1-1/2 teaspoons lime juice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
For the salad:
• 4 cups (5 ounces) shredded romaine lettuce
• 2 cups (3 ounces) shredded Napa cabbage
• 1/2 cup (2 ounces) thinly sliced onion
• toasted sesame seeds for garnishToss the salad in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of the dressing. Add more dressing to taste and garnish generously with sesame seeds.

@ Pickled Cucumber (Taiwanese)
This is more of a side dish. Freshly cut cucumber, cilantro, olive oil, and siracha (the one with seeds), with some sugar. Refrigerate and that is it. Great with rice!
